It has a really annoying bug in it. You can start it only once, and sometimes the program thinks it is already running and mentions this. And then, instead of switching to the running copy, it stops and all you can do is reboot to get it running. Other than that is works fine.

I have been using PuttyCM for years but a version from like 2011. I finally had to upgrade to Win10 where the old binary did not work. I had a small panic attack till I found this download. It is FANTASTIC!! I am already backing up this binary all over the place to make sure I don't lose it. Thanks so much.
